Are your gemstones genuine?
Many pieces feature genuine gemstones, while others may include moissanite, lab-created stones, or quality cubic zirconia. Each listing will include the stone information available for that piece.
What is moissanite?
Moissanite is an exceptionally brilliant and durable gemstone with incredible fire and sparkle. At 9.25 on the Mohs hardness scale, it is nearly as hard as a diamond and is strong enough for everyday wear. Moissanite can also register as a diamond on many traditional diamond testers, giving you serious sparkle and durability at a fraction of the price.
Is your vintage jewelry previously worn?
Some vintage pieces may have been previously owned or worn, which is part of their charm and history. We inspect each piece and note any noticeable wear or imperfections in the listing.
Will vintage pieces be perfect?
Vintage jewelry may show small signs of age, wear, or patina. We believe those details are part of what makes each piece unique, and we do our best to photograph and describe them accurately.
Do you restock sold-out items?
Sometimes, but many Spark & Story pieces are limited or one-of-a-kind. If you love something, we recommend grabbing it while it’s available.
